Issues With Loading Pulse Audio

For an unknown reason, ubuntu creates a white noise with my mic. To solve this I added a command to start a noise cancelation to the pulse audio file, But that does not load at startup. To load it, I had to execute pulseaudio -k, and reload any applications using the mic such as Discord and OBS. The easiest way to run this automatically is to put the command into startup-applications, but for some reason dthis does not load every time. I have found that it is more stable when I do not move the mouse or use the keyboard for around 20 seconds after login.

If anyone knows how I might get it to boot every time, why this is happening or another way I can stop the white noise please let me know. I may need to post system logs, I will provide these if needed.
